Technology Workshops
The drop in temperature has meant fewer tourists coming up the “holler,” but that doesn’t mean things haven’t been busy. Thursday and Friday of last week and Monday of this week, we hosted technology workshops in web design, e-commerce, and eBay. I had a chance to sit in on the web design workshop, which opened my eyes to many of the “behind the scenes” inner workings of the internet (though readers of this blog should not start expecting any fancy bells and whistles). The e-commerce class was the same one we’d offered in the fall, with participants sent home with brand new computers, thanks to Mission West Virginia . Here’s some photos:

Also, the Coal Camp Café has been keeping busy with holiday catering, having three events scheduled for the upcoming week.
